The Biomedical Photonics Group within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Manitoba, Canada, has open positions for MSc and PhD students

Job Description: The research of the group is focused on development of advanced laser sources and their application in biomedical sciences. The projects are available to work on development of new diode-pumped laser sources and nonlinear optical microscopes for imaging of biological structures. Students with their BSc/MSc degrees in optics, lasers, photonics, nonlinear optics, fiber optics, spectroscopy, biomedical optics or students with degrees in related fields of physics and engineering are highly encouraged to apply. Full graduate scholarships that cover tuition and living expenses are available.
