He says federalism is a more careful examination of Uganda’s problems. Bidandi says if federalism is granted not only to Buganda but to the whole of regions in the country it can cure the sick Uganda.

Bidandi says since 1962 Uganda has been changing presidents one after another but the country’s problems have remained due to lack of a federal system of governance. He was addressing members of Baganda Nkobazambogo at Bulange Mengo today.

He says under the federal arrangement of government taxes don’t accumulate in Statehouse for the president to decide what to do with them. He says under a federal system the regional governments stay with the money and decide what to do with the money.
