Gaddaffi pledges to support Uganda harvest oil

The President of Libya, Col. Muammar Gaddaffi has pledged to support Uganda to drill her oil, develop infrastructure, provide good health care and improve education.

Gaddaffi is among over 40 African heads of state attending an African Union Summit in Kampala. The conference is running mainly on combating terrorism, corruption, dictatorship, promoting gender equality, creating economic development and combating maternal death among others.

Gadaffi says he is advocating for a strong, corrupt free, rich, independent, peaceful, investment hub, and an educated Africa. He says a developed Uganda, central Africa, East Africa, South Africa and north Africa means a strong Libya and vice versa.

Gadaffi, who is referred to as the ‘king of Africa’ in some African nations says he will also finance African states to combat terrorism.
