The President of Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), Col. Kiiza Besigye has said thee presidential terms Gen. Yoweri Museveni has ruled Uganda are enough.

Besigye says Museveni should not compete in 2011 general elections. This has been contained in a news release Besigye has sent to media houses in Kampala.
Besigye’s request to Museveni not to take part in 2011 presidential elections has however sparked off anger in NRM camp.
The Deputy Spokesperson of NRM, Ofwono Opondo says NRM candidates are most likely to sweep the elections, how then could Besigye advise Museveni to step down.
