Besigye in trouble with army again

The Forum for Democratic Change Retired Col. Dr. kiiza Besigye has been surrounded by a combination of security forces including police and army at Mulago.

The FDC boss has been driving to his office in Najjanankumbi on Entebbe road this morning when he met a group of government armed forces who have broken his windscreen as he resisted to get out of the car.

The helpless Besigye is in tears due to the teargas that has been sprayed at a close range into his car.

Besigye was released yesterday after 6 days in Nakasongola prison. He was bailed on a 10 million shillings non-cash bond by Magistrate Justin Atukwasa on condition that Besigye should not be heard involved in any public violence in seven months and short of that he would be fined 50 million shillings.
