New MPs to priotise corruption fight, jobs and water provision

The woman Member of Parliament for Kiboga district who is also the former minister of state for Micro finance Ruth Nankabirwa has said that her main focus in the 9thparliament will be fighting corruption in the country.

She made the pledge after taking oath as the woman mp for kiboga district at parliament and she said that corruption is now part of the cause of poverty in the country.

She said that she will help the youth to get jobs through poverty eradication and promised to work will all the people to find a solution to rising food and fuel prices in the country.

Mean while the youth MP for central region Patrick Nakabale has pledged to work with government to put in place oil policies that will enable the youth to get more jobs and he promised to empower the youth with small scale machines to fight poverty among them.

On her part the woman mp for Wakiso district Rose Mary Seninde said that she will focus on water provision in Wakiso district because it has a problem of clean water and finding the ways of fighting cervical cancer among the women.
