Fort Portal sentenced Bonifance Kapinda 27 yrs and his wife Molly Tumuheki, 49 that are both Kyaitamba B village in Kijura Hakibale Sub County Kabarole district to life imprisonment for sacrificing a seven –year- old boy.
Court presided over by Justice Akiiki Dan Kiiza Heard that on the 13th October 2008 while at Kyaitamba B village the duo kidnapped Bwengye while on his way to school cutting off his private parts, tongue and two fingers.
Appearing before court the duo denied the charges and were sentenced to life imprisonment depending on the evidence accrued against them.
When passing the judgment Justice Dan Akiiki Kiiza, said that the accused deserved the punishment since they have killed an innocent young boy in a cruel manner by cutting his body parts off.
