India to build 14 capacity building institutions in Africa

India has signed an agreement with the African union to build training centres throughout the continent.

The deal will see 14 capacity building institutions created in various member states of the African union.

Two vocational training centres will be built in each of the African regions as well as institutions of foreign trade, information technology, education and Diamond research.

The Indian premier Manmohan SINGH signed the deal while in Ethiopia and he is also expected to announce new lines of credits to African nations totaling to round 600 million dollars.
