Schools urged to be patient with asking for school fees

School head teachers have been asked to be patient and allow school children from keratin affected region of Teso to study even if they have not paid school fees.

Local leaders in Serere district believe this will enable those children whose families only rely on selling animals to continue with their education without interruption.

The councillor for Oriyo sub-county Robert Ogwau suggested parents should be given time to look for school fees for their children.

This comes just a few days left for children to report back to their respective schools for the second term and semester for the case of high institutions.
