Residents of Rutete Sub County in Kabarole district have discovered the body of one Kemigisa Annet a house maid that was found lying in a pool of water in a trench near their house.

Sources told our correspondent that the deceased who was doing her domestic chores collapsed and died on spot.

Eye witness say the deceased had no signs of sickness and looked well. However a post mortem report confirms that Kemigisa died of epilepsy.
