Prime Minister Mbabazi to be rare in Uganda Parliament

The prime minister also the NRM secretary general has revealed that he will be missing in parliament unlike his predecessor but says that the his deputy will be there all the time   to handle party issues as well as caucus matters.

In the NRM first caucus meeting of the 9th parliament Mbabazi revealed that he will only come to parliament to enunciate particular policies.

He however says that they are finalizing the arrangements on when he will be coming and what he will be coming to do.

Mbabazi also appealed to the caucus members to work towards fulfilling the NRM manifesto and to remember that NRM has a challenge of bringing to the Ugandans the promises they made which he said is the main reason why Ugandans trusted them with their votes.

He therefore said that mps should always remember their pledges as the are working.
