Ugandan government pledges to support and protect refugees

The government of Uganda has pledged to support and protect refugees within the countries boarders. The commitment was made by the minister of state in charge of disaster preparedness Musa Ecweru during celebration to mark world refugee day that was held at old Kampala senior secondary school.

Latest figures show Kampala is host to 38000 thousand refugees. World refugee day is a day set aside by the United Nations to recognize the bribery and strength of mind of women, men, and children who are required to flow their mother country under the danger of discrimination clashes and aggression.

This year’s theme is real people real needs. Currently there is 38 million refugees registered world over.
