Media owners have today agreed on set of guideline meant to ensure effective service delivery to advertising crime.

This follows the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the Uganda media owners association and the Uganda advertising association in Kampala.

The chairperson of the Uganda media owners association Dr. Gitahi Githinji says media owners have been operating individually amidst challenges in the industry especially conducting market research.

Dr. Gitahi Githinji who is also the managing director of the monitor publications limited noted that working together with advertisers will bring more professionalism to the media industry.
