The Committee of Parliament on Presidential Affairs Has Re-summoned the Minister for Presidency, Kampala City Authority Executive Director and the Coordinator of Military Intelligence to appear before the Committee and shade light on the continued fight over the ownership KCCA house that is occupied by Security agencies.

Hon Kabakumba Masiko, Gen David Tinyefunza and Kampala Executive Director Semakula Musisi were scheduled to appear before the Committee but Members waited in vain which forced the Chairperson to issue fresh summons for them to appear tomorrow at 10 am.

Members said the Committee will not approve their Budget for the financial year 2011/2012 if they fail to appear again which he called contempt of parliament.

Tinkasiimire also attacked the Coordinator of Intelligence Services Gen David Tinyefunza for being arrogant and for failure to honor Committee summons saying it’s irrefragable for him to head such a Security Agency following his past record.
