City Musician Rabadaba is now a talk of the town after he reportedly shared a kiss in public with a money loaded girl only identified as Sheila.

His friends tell us that Rabadaba is no longer himself because he is sighted many times running after Lady Sheila.

Rabadaba’s friends say that the shocking time was last Friday at the official Zuku TV launch in Kampala when the singer kissed Sheila in public and showed all the revelers that the two had interest in each other.

Some friends were overheard advising the Mukyamu singer to demonstrate his feelings of affection with Sheila in private.
