The Lord Mayor ofKampala, Hajji Erias Lukwago has set up a committee to find out how 800 million shillings were used to evict vendors from the city streets.

Lukwago says that there is no way how the KCCA director, Jenifer Musisi Semakula could have used 800 million shillings in evicting vendors.
