20 ways of how to reduce flue and cough

Cough and flue are not diseases but they are signs of diseases. There are over 20 ways in the world how fuel and cough can be reduced/controlled.

The first way is the mix of Gargle with salt water to help soothe ashore throat, increase and fluids. Hot liquids can help relieve nasal congestion and also to soothe as sore throat.
