Risks of drinking sodas in Africa

Although Coca Cola is currently advertising that ‘one billion Africans are sharing a bottle of Coca Cola soda… everyday,’ still drinking soda posses a big threat to the lives of billions of lives in Africa and the world at large.

Researchers with a bias in beverages say that people who are taking sodas are eating themselves to an early grave.

Soda is one of the most consumed soft drink, not only in Africa but across the world. Soda is most consumed in Uganda, USA, Canada, Norway, South Africa and Europe.

Our bodies were made to have a natural PH balance of 7.3, which is slightly alkaline. One cup of soda is 100,000 more acidic than your natural PH level. So one big glass of soda greatly lowers your alkalinity, regardless of its brand, Soda is 100% acid forming.
