Ewha University offers Undergraduate & Postgraduate Scholarships in Korea

 

Ewha Global Partnership Program: There is are more than 280 different scholarships currently available including International Exchange Scholarships for overseas students, Ewha Welfare Scholarships for students from disadvantaged families, and Ewha Special Scholarships for students with special talents.

Scholarship Application Eligibility Criteria:

A female student from a developing country who has been recognized as a potential leader and applies for admission to the undergraduate or graduate program of Ewha Womans University through a special application process for international students.

Details and Duration of the Scholarship

This scholarship will cover the recipient’s tuition and Korean language training plus living expenses.

Documents to be submitted

A completed Scholarship Application Form (Form 4): including a personal essay

– Please note that your scholarship application should be mailed along with your application for admission.

At least two Letters of Recommendation (Form 3)

– If you submit recommendation letters for EGPP Scholarship, you do not need to submit separate recommendation letters for application for admission to the university.

As to recommenders for EGPP Scholarship, both of the following conditions should be satisfied.

– One recommendation letter should be from someone involved with the applicant at school (a school teacher or professor)

– One recommendation letter should be from someone outside school (for example, the head of a Korean diplomatic mission, a Korean company, or a missionary organization, or an expatriate Ewha alumna, or an Ewha alumna serving at a mission in the applicant’s country of origin).
