Besigye explains why he loses presidential elections to Museveni

Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) President, Col. Kiiza Besigye has explained why president Museveni has managed to ‘win’ him in the last three presidential election contests.
Besigye says that Museveni lost to Progressive forces of change by landslide this time in last week’s Kasese district woman MP by-elections. He says that when opposition parties minimise ‘NRM’s election fraud’ the opposition parties united can trounce Museveni’s NRM party.
The opposition party leader says that the biggest hurdle he faces during General Elections is an NRM appointed Electoral Commission currently under the chairmanship of Prof. Eng. Badru Kiggundu. He says that the commission has been over stretching his capacity to stop vote rigging against state institutions which are corruptly fused with NRM.
But Besigye says that FDC is now mobilising a financial base for poorly funded opposition activists, fight harder against corruption in state organs, struggle for change in the Electoral Commission and then opposition will defeat NRM in elections.
