Causes of acute kidney failure

Acute renal failure is sometimes called acute kidney injury. It means that your kidneys camera have stopped working. Kidneys remove waste products and you’re your body to balance water and salt and other minerals (electrolytes) in a person’s blood.

When kidneys stop working, waste products, fluids, and electrolytes build up in your body and this can cause fatal. Acute renal failure has three main causes: namely, a serious drop in blood flow to the kidneys. Heavy blood loss, an injury, or a bad infection called sepsis can reduce blood flow in one’s body kidneys.

Dehydration can harm your kidneys. Other things that can harm your kidney include damage from some medicines, poisons, and or infections. Some people don’t have kidney problems caused by taking medicines.
