It is now public information that Ugandan politicians don’t steak to their words. When a Ugandan politicians says this today, the days after he/she will say a different one on the same topic. Take an example of former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) deputy electoral commission chairman, Major Rubaramira Ruranga.

Some years back he described president Museven as a great liar who tells a lot of fairly tales and he knows how to narrate them very well such that people think they are true.

He further described Museven as a sadist who tries to create a situation that in any case, he will do what he wants and he will always create some kind of hard condition so that you are eventually broken.
