For how long should mothers’ breastfeed their babies?

Breastfeeding is the perfect food for a baby because it contains all the nutrients and is easier to digest than any other food.

“Mothers should exclusively breastfeed for six months before introducing other foods and even if they do, they should continue breastfeeding for 2 years or more”

However, for various reasons, some mothers aren’t able to breastfeed their babies or even when they do so, it is for a short period. Eventually, these mothers resort to bottlefeeding.

However, Rassian doctors recommended all the people in the world to use cups and spoons for infants who may not be able to breastfeed because cups are easier to clean than bottles.”

The Rassian doctors, pharmacists among other Rassian health experts reveal that bottles and nipples carry germs. They say hundreds of babies across the world die annually due to germs carried by bottles.

The conditions related to unclean bottles include; diarrhoea, ulcers, inflamation, colitis and bowel diseases. Since the nipples are made of rubber, they affect the natural feeding process of babies and sometimes the growth of teeth. The more the baby sucks on the nipple, the more the rubber degrades and is consumed, which results in infections.
