The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Kabale, Moses Nuwagaba has suspended Rwamucucu sub-county chief who reportedly flouted naads procurement procedures, usurped naads coordinator powers, forged cheques to access naads cash and later forged accountabilities.

An RDC is a representative of the president in a district, sub county, town council, county or municipality.

Nuwagaba alleges that Rwamucucu Naads chief sold government land to unknown people and stole LCI money for 25%.

RDC Nuwagaba however says some district politicians and technocrats are up in arms against him. He says he suspended the Rwamucucu chief following a public outcry over this thief. Nuwagaba says Museveni did not appoint him RDC to massage thieves!
