Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) has failed to release last year’s O-lever and O-level certificates due to breakdown of UNEB computers.

It should be remembered that UNEB also delayed to release last years PLE, O and A-level exams over computer breakdown. It is now two months since UNEB released the exams. But it has failed to print result slips.

However UNEB spokesman, Hamis Kaheru denied breakdown of UNEB computers and attributed the problem to hitches in the procurement of papers on which the result slips are printed. He says the procurement process is ongoing.
