FDC: Fagil Mandy is confused

Uganda’s main opposition party, the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has said that Uganda will not lose a thing due to the resignation of Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) chairman, Fagil Mandy. Mandy resigned his post at UNEB last week.

John Kikoyongo, a member of the FDC on publicity team alledges that Mandy had “hijacked” UNEB. Kikonyogo says that Mandy’s voice and name was the only thing one would hear from UNEB. Kikonyogo was speaking at FDC villas in Kampala.

Mandy resigned last week after President Museveni bypassed the exam board chaired by Fagil Mandy and renewed the contract of UNEB’s executive secretary Mathew Bukenya. Bukenya’s contract had expired on April 17th 2014.
