Court prepares to arrest Kayanja accusers

The Court at LDC has postponed the Kayanja sodomy case after the two accusers defied orders and never showed up in Court.

The two suspects; Ibrahim Nsubuga and Moses Muwanguzi reportedly started defying court orders after they learnt that the office of the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) lodged two fresh cases of corruption, which will be handled by Anti-Corruption Court and defamation.

It is now the fourth time Muwanguzi and Nsubuga are not turning up in Court since they were granted bail. But LDC Court magistrate Jolly Nkore says that if they miss to appear on June 30 this year, she will issue a warrant of arrest and they will be arrested again.
