Crane Bank customers withdraw deposits as the bank nears close

It seems the briefcase investors president Museveni’s government is bringing to Uganda are able to punish Ugandans of their hard earned savings. Remember victims of exiting SACCOs without footprint of the masterminded. It is now time for Ugandans to get out of the rat race. Where there is smoke expect fire.

We have been told that the Bank of Uganda is in process of closing Crane Bank following news reports that the bank is indebted. The Crane bank MD Kalani; his deputy and the Credit Manager of Crane Bank are all on the run from the country with their families due to some financial scandals they did in Kampala. Business tycoon Sudhir Rupereria rushed to capture one of Kalian’s buildings on Kampala road to recover his money only to find out that it was already sold off and it was in another person´s names.

Sudhir has done whatever it takes to ensure that this story doesn’t leak to the media because it would affect his bank. Kalani and company reportedly escaped to Lebanon. Kalani and group reportedly stole over $19,000,000. The Bank of Uganda we are told has directed Crane Bank to find suitable marriage with another bank before Mutebile`s final decision to dissolve the entity.

The problems facing Crane Bank have increased because after reading this reports, the bank customers started withdrawing their money from Crane Bank.
