Hanison Baliruno wins big in Scandinavian music awards

Former backup singer to Judith Babirye, Hanison Baliruno is flying the Ugandan flag high after bagging a number of awards in the just concluded Scandinavian Music Awards that were held in Stockholm, Sweden.

Former backup singer to Judith Babirye, Hanison Baliruno is flying the Ugandan flag high after bagging a number of awards in the just concluded Scandinavian Music Awards that were held in Stockholm, Sweden.

Hanison bundled four awards which included; Collabo of the year with Saida Karoli, Best Breakthrough Artiste, Best Achievement Award and Artist of the Year.

The “Titanic” singer expressed his joy after taking the awards,

“I’m humbled and grateful for these awards. Thank you Black community in Scandinavia and African Crown International Music Awards,” he said.

Africa Crown Musik Awards was founded in 2010 to support and promote African Artists who strive for International recognition. The organizers of these prestigious awards have it that they strive to promote their music through various ways.
