The government of Uganda through the ministry of enrgy and mineral development is seeking the services of qualified and experienced persons for the positions of communication specialists.

The sources told us that the ministry wants these qualified professionals to monitor its coverage of all media on a daily basis, organize regular interviews and appearances for the ministry with print and electronic media to provide strategic information to the media in order to influence the media agenda.

The ministry of energy and mineral development also seeks to recruit people to monitor and manage the ministry’s social media and accounts, including twitter, facebook, and google plus etc. The qualified people are needed to support all other works related to communication for the ministry and also perform all other duties as may be assigned by the ministry’s supervisors.
