East Africa Legislative Assembly opens in Kigali

The third Assembly of the East Africa Legislative Council will take place in Kigali, Rwanda this week. President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda who is the current chairman is expected to open the assembly with a speech which is expected to touch on the Monetary Union Protocol. Read more
