According to information posted on the Health Monitoring Unit website of Uganda, Atwiine has skills in Leadership and Management, Dr Aceng who was previously a Director General of Health Services, Dr Diana Atwiine, Dr. Asuman Lukwago, Dr.Atwiine who is a Physician (Specialist in Internal Medicine), Minister of Health Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng, new Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health replacing long serving Permanent Secretary, President Yoweri Museveni, PS Ministry of Health been working as the Director at the Health Monitoring Unit of State House since 2009, She was previously a senior researcher in HIV and infectious diseases at the Joint Clinical Research Center (JCRC) for over 10 years., was elevated to the position of Minister of Health and hence supervisor of Dr. Lukwago
