Masaka gets HIV/AIDS care centre from Uganda Cares
Uganda Cares has constructed a Medical Centre in Lukaya along Masaka high way worth 2.3 million dollars to help carry out voluntary HIV/AIDS testing and counseling in the nearby districts.
