Police arrests Makerere University student with counterfeit notes

The Police at Makerere University have arrested a second year Social Science student suspected to be dealing in counterfeit notes.

The suspect identified as only Isaac was nabbed at Michael Hall, Makerere University following a tip off from a canteen trader.

The police detective attached at Makerere University police post, Kasim Walulya says Isaac was found in possession of 200,000 shillings in fake notes.

The police detective says it seems Isaac works with many other dealers in fake notes. The policeman says police will hunt down all the people Isaac has been working with. Kasim says Isaac will be produced in court once investigations are complete.
