Two ADF collaborators sentenced for 10 year

The High Court has sentenced two Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) collaborators for 10 years in prison.

Yakub Kintu and Muzamiru Kabogoza have been imprisoned for treason and intentionally concealing information that would jeopardize peace and security of the country.

The duo accepted the judgment and the High Court Judge Rugadya  Atwooki sentenced them saying that he has been lenient in his judgment because the cases they were accused of carry death penalties.

Sempaja Musa, the lawyer of Kintu and Kabogoza said that he was happy with the judgment because his clients were supposed to be sentenced to death after proving guilty.
