Speaking as guest of honour at the Inaugural Dinner for Members of Parliament in Kampala last night, Mrs. Museveni argued that the challenges the country is currently facing are as a result of having little trust in prayer.

She says the leaders and the led should be determined to pray if challenges like corruption, murders and riots among others are to be overcome.

Mrs. Museveni also challenged MPs to use prayer should they fail to agree on challenging motions arguing that the jubilee mandate is on their shoulders since the 9th Parliament is on at a time when Uganda will mark 50 years of independence.
