The Bunyoro Kitara King Solomon Gafabusa Iguru has disagreed with his prime minister Engineer Yabezi Kiiza over the sacking of the kingdom cultural minister John Olimi Nyabwongo.

The premier relieved Nyabwongo of his duties as the minister of culture and the chairman of Bunyooro Kitara cultural centre coordination committee with immediate effect.

In his August 27th 2011 letter, Kiiza accuses Nyabwongo of insubordination and disrespect of his office. Kizza claims as the
chairman of the cultural centre coordination committee Nyabwongo has worked without the knowledge of the prime minister as his immediate Boss but the culture minister does not respect the prime minister.

Reports say that, the Omukama Gafabusa Iguru argues that, he had stayed the sacking pending legal opinion by the Kingdom Attorney General Ham Mugenyi.
