The same embattled MP on the same day drafted a letter to president Museveni asking him to immediately use his position as president and ask the court of appeal to save his parliamentary seat. MP Katongole has also been overheard nailing the officials of Buganda kingdom, and some judges of being racists.

Singh says that people like the court of appeal registrar Erias Kisawuzi are using their positions in the court to frustrate him.

Singh showed our reporters several copies of letters he has written to judicial officers, and the judicial service commission, president Museveni, electoral commission and to the speaker of Parliament complaining over some judicial official’s Interference in his judicial matters.

Singh on 7th March 2012 sent a letter to the chief justice, letter to the deputy chief justice on 16th/08/2011, and on 11th march he petitioned the judicial service commission asking them to save his parliament position.
