Many people in Uganda and Africa in general are suffering from arthritis. Arthritis is a disease causing pain and swelling in the joints of the body.

The recommended diet (foods) and drinks for people suffering from arthritis are flaxseeds and cold water. Fish are high in essential fatty acids and have ant-inflammatory properties and work well for people suffering from arthritis.

Also salmon and mackerel are good for arthritis victims. Eat a lot of fibres in form of raw vegetables and whole grains.

The foods high in sulfur will help you to repair cartilage and bones. Drink a glass of clean water every after two working hours, take raw pineapples, whether whole or juiced pineapples have an ENZYME called BROMELAIN which reduces on inflammation.
