Today the Hon lady justice Catherine Manugemeraire has handed over the KCCA tribunal report to the minister of Kampala Frank Tumwebaze pinning the mayor Elias Lukwago for abuse of office, incompetent, misconduct and misbehaved during time in office.

The report goes ahead to recommend that the KCCA act be amended, elected mayor to be evicted by tribunal incase he misbehaves, central govt takes over kamapala among others.Cue.Report.Eng.
