Minister frank Tumwebaze panic over censure motion.

Kweeen county mp Chemaswet Abdi and youth eastern mp Gerald Karuhanga have declared their intention to move a motion in parliament seeking a resolution to censure minister for presidency and Kampala capital city Authority Frank Tumwebaze for his misconduct and misbehavior that amounted to willful violation of the oath of allegiance he took.
The minister is being accused of violating article 128 (1) and 2 of the constitution when he ignored a court order issued on Monday 25th of last month restraining him and the authority from proceeding with the impeachment of the lord mayor.
The motion that has been given to the clerk of parliament also states that the minister neglected his responsibilities amounting to the mismanagement and incompetence.
They also accuse Tumwebaze of failing to appoint the metropolitan physical planning authority as required by the law.
The process to collect signatures from mps for the censure will begin immediately after the clerk verifies the motion and send it to the sergeant at arms.
