Opposition chief whip calls change of parliament’s work

The opposition chief whip in parliament , Winnie Kiiza has asked the parliamentary commission to syncronise the parliament calender in an effort to ensure smoth running of activities.
Kiiza says that the current calender has made a delay of completion of activities and reports since so many activites happen at the same time.
She says that many activities happening at the same time and targeting the same mps has caused poor attendance of committees and delay of parliamentary work.
The chairperson of the local government accounts committee Jack sabiiti suggests that all those appointed on accountability committees should not be assigned any other committees.
