Parliament passes the Anti-homosexuality bill into an Act.

Parliament has passed the contravercial Anti homosexuality bill amid government effort to block its passing into an Act in presence of religious leaders of all faith.
The prime minister wanted to block the bill’s passing citing lack of quorum but he was ignored by the speaker Rebecca kadaga.
The bill passed in the absence of the MPS who fronted the minority who include Fox Odoi,and Sam Otada who wanted the bill shelved .
The ACT provides life imprisonment for actions of the offenders.
The bill was passed into an Act to promote the traditional marriages and the youth from practice of the same sex.
The ACT bars licensing of organizations which promote homosexuality and the Act provides seven years to any body who will aid and abate homosexuality .
The mp for west Budama Fox Odoi vowed to challenge the passed Anti homosexuality Act.
