Egypt, GuineaBissau reinstated as African Union members

President Teodoro Obiang Ngwema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea has welcomed Egypt and Guinea Bissau for restoring democracy and for being reinstated as members of the African Union.

Ngwema also says that the leaders of African countries cannot talk about development in Africa without addressing agricultural development, end of armed conflicts and curbing corruption.

President Ngwema says that the development of agriculture in Africa reduces its dependency. Ngwema says that Equatorial Guinea is increasing its agricultural cultivation as prerequisite to its economic development.
