I have seen on TVs that many Children in Uganda who need funds to undergo operations either at Mulago or abroad. In Uganda we have no health Insurance.

Ordinary citizens contribute to cases. But it’s incumbent that the Government which has failed to provide a good health care system can meet the costs.

Many rich people employed by Uganda Government are sent out for expensive treatment using tax payer’s money.  All they need is to get a document from the Uganda Medical Board and they are on the next plane out of Entebbe.

African countries are so unfair. The people who have got more money go for good health services and those without can perish!
