The rules, discipline and privileges committee of parliament is set
to meet the next week to draw a plan how they will handle the matter
of the two mps which the speaker referred to this committee to take
action.

Speaker Kadaga on Wednesday sent MPs kaddu mukasa mityana south and
Isaa kikungwe kyadondo south to the disciplinary committee for
absenteeism from
parliament without permission.

The chairperson of this committee Jacob Oboth Oboth says that the two
members will be given a chance to explain why they have been absent
from the house.

The rules of procedures indicates; that with the exception of the
permission of the Speaker a member of Parliament shall not absent
herself or himself for fifteen(15) or more sittings of the House
during any period of when the house is continuously meeting.
