Buikwe district which was commonly known for child sacrifice cases has no shifted to a land problematic district with police registering a number of land cases on a weekly basis ranging from Trace pass, boundary marking among other land cases.

According to the Sezibwa CID commander, Muhumuza Bernard, the increase land cases in the area is based on the land tenure system in the kingdom which he demands that be revised to create harmony.

He further tells us that apart from land cases, there are a number of other crimes that replaced child sacrifice in the area which police is now vigorously fighting to curb down
