Speaking to journalists in Kampala the chairperson private schools association Johnbosco Mujumba reviled that the tribunal will comprise 10 appointed people including lawyers, consultants and renown teachers.

He says the tribunal will sit like court and hear all complaints. Rujumba further says the decision to form the tribunal was based on the numerous complaints filled by teachers against their directors and head teachers who dismiss their employees without giving them their terminal benefits.

He said the tribunal will only refer matters to the High Court when parties fail to reach a conscious. Rujumba also revealed that the tribunal will also access qualified teacher and employment within schools register with the association.
