Problems associated with eating fatty foods

Fats form an important part of our diet but what matters most is how much and which sort of fats we should be eating for our health.

Fatty foods are high in calories. High intake of fats is linked with many health problems and it can lead to being overweight.

The people who love eating fats should reduce their intake of saturated fats as that can raise risks of heart diseases and high levels of cholesterol in blood.

Eating lots of foods associated with fats may lead to diseases that cause death according to medical researchers and doctors at Makerere University, Kampala.  Eating fatty foods means increased calorie intake, increased weight gain.
