PDP condams deputy speaker Oulanyah’s conduct

The president of people’s Development party Dr. Abed Bwanika castigates the conduct of the deputy speaker of parliament where he ordered for the man handling of Hon. Ibrahim Semujju Nganda out of yesterday’s parliamentary seating.

Bwanika says that the act was uncalled for since there are rules of procedure that are always followed in parliament whenever a member misbehaves.

He now calls on Kadaga to bring order into the house to have a good and respectable house.Cue.Bwanika.Lug.

He also disagrees with what president Museveni said about ICC during his address to the press bushing the court over its acts of indicting Kenyan leaders who committed crimes against humanity and now calls for the formation of African courts to substitute ICC.Cue
